To be eligible for the bonus points on offer:

  • You must be eligible to join Symbion Elite Rewards.

  • You must register for Symbion Elite Rewards between 01 March - 30 June 2025.

  • You must not be an active member at the time of promotion start, 01 March 2025.

  • You must make $500,000 of of payments, including program and transaction fees within the platform in your first three months on the program.

    • Your first three months begins upon payment of your first Symbion Statement within the platform.

    • Your first Symbion Statement payment must be made by 30 September.

  • At the time of bonus point allocation, you must be a current member of Symbion Elite Rewards.

Eligible payments

Certain payments will not count towards your $500,000 of payments made within the platform that are required for bonus points eligibility. These payments are:

  • Payments that were refunded,

  • Payments made through Executive tier,

  • Payments that failed,

  • Payments made with points.

 Bonus point amount

The below bonus point amounts will be awarded to eligible customers on completion of the promotion requirements:

  • Primary wholesale Symbion customers are eligible for 100,000 bonus points on meeting the above criteria.

  • Non-Primary wholesale Symbion customers are eligible for 50,000 bonus points on meeting the above criteria.

  • TerryWhite Pharmacy owners are eligible for 120,000 bonus points on meeting the above criteria.

Issuing of Bonus points

Symbion Elite Rewards will issue bonus points during the month after eligible members have completed their first three months and meet the requirements. 

Symbion Elite Rewards will review all eligibility for attaining the bonus points and reserves the right to withhold bonus points where the above criteria have not been met.

Program Fees

Program fees are based off the program tier you choose to be on and are charged on every transaction you make through the platform. You can change your program tier at any time with the support of our Customer Success Representatives.

Executive Tier - 0%

Platinum Tier – 0.95% 

Diamond Tier – 1.8%
