Payroll Bonus Points Offer Terms and Conditions (Offer Terms)

1. Payroll bonus points offer

1.1. This offer commences on 1 August 2026 and ends at 23:59 on 31 January 2027 (Offer Period).

1.2. Registration for this Offer opens on 17 August 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 30 November 2026 (Registration Period).

1.3. If you satisfy the Eligibility Criteria set out in clause 2.1, you are eligible to earn Symbion Elite Rewards bonus points calculated in accordance with clause 4, subject to these Terms and Conditions (Offer).

1.4. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless explicitly stated.

1.5. This Offer is provided by EonX Services Pty Limited trading as Symbion Elite Rewards (SER, we, our or us).

2. Eligibility criteria

2.1. You will be eligible for the Offer only where you meet all of the following conditions (Eligibility Criteria):

2.1.1. Be an active Symbion Elite Rewards member as at the date of registration for this Offer;

2.1.2. Be under a Platinum, Diamond, or Black program tier at the time of registration;

2.1.3. Register for this Offer via the promotion page in your Symbion Elite Rewards account within the Registration Period;

2.1.4. Make a First Qualifying Payroll Payment on or before 30 November 2026;

2.1.5. Make at least one Eligible Payroll Payment in each of the three consecutive calendar months comprising your Qualifying Months, as defined in clause 3.5;

2.1.6. Complete all three Qualifying Months on or before 31 January 2027;

2.1.7. Be a current member of Symbion Elite Rewards at the time of bonus point allocation.

2.2. Eligibility under these Offer Terms is assessed separately for each Symbion Elite Rewards account. Each account must independently meet the Eligibility Criteria to qualify for the Offer.

2.3. Your First Qualifying Payroll Payment must be made after the date and time of your registration for this Offer. Eligible Payroll Payments made before you register do not satisfy clause 2.1.4, but may be included in the calculation of bonus points in accordance with clause 4.2.

3. Eligible payroll payments and Qualifying Months

3.1. An Eligible Payroll Payment is a payroll payment processed through the Symbion Elite Rewards platform that is settled to a third-party receiver.

3.2. Eligible Payroll Payments must be made under a Platinum, Diamond, or Black program tier.

3.3. Ineligible transactions include:

3.3.1. Payments that are not payroll payments;

3.3.2. Payments that were refunded;

3.3.3. Payments that failed to settle;

3.3.4. Payments made fully or partially with points;

3.3.5. Program fees;

3.3.6. Credit card fees.

3.4. Your First Qualifying Payroll Payment is the first Eligible Payroll Payment you make after registering for this Offer.

3.5. Your Qualifying Months are:

3.5.1. the calendar month in which your First Qualifying Payroll Payment is made (First Qualifying Month); and

3.5.2. the two consecutive calendar months immediately following the First Qualifying Month.

3.6. Calendar months are used to determine Qualifying Months, not rolling four-week or 30-day periods.

3.7. You must make at least one Eligible Payroll Payment in each of your three Qualifying Months. Where you do not make an Eligible Payroll Payment in any one of your three Qualifying Months, you will cease to be eligible for the Offer and no bonus points will be awarded. There is no ability to restart or commence a new sequence of Qualifying Months.

4. Calculation of bonus points

4.1. Bonus points are calculated at the rate of one (1) bonus point for every ten Australian dollars (AUD$10) of the aggregate value of all Eligible Payroll Payments made within your three Qualifying Months.

4.2. For the avoidance of doubt, the aggregate value referred to in clause 4.1 includes all Eligible Payroll Payments made within your three Qualifying Months, including any Eligible Payroll Payment made within your First Qualifying Month prior to the date and time of your registration for this Offer.

4.3. All Eligible Payroll Payments made within your three Qualifying Months are included in the calculation, regardless of the number of payments made in any individual month.

4.4. Bonus points are rounded down to the nearest whole bonus point.

4.5. Bonus points under this Offer are awarded in addition to, and do not replace, any points earned under the standard Symbion Elite Rewards program earn rates applicable to your program tier.

4.6. There is no maximum number of bonus points that may be earned under this Offer.

5. Issuing of bonus points

5.1. Symbion Elite Rewards will issue bonus points within 60 days after an eligible member has completed their three Qualifying Months and met the Eligibility Criteria.

5.2. Symbion Elite Rewards will review all eligibility for attaining bonus points and reserves the right to withhold bonus points where SER reasonably suspects fraud, error, or breach of these terms. 

5.3. Bonus points under this Offer will be issued at the individual Symbion Elite Rewards account level.

6. Program fees

6.1. Program fees are payable for access to the platform and its full suite of features (including payment processing, reporting, promotions and the rewards program) based on the program tier you choose. Program fees are based on the program tier you select to be on and are charged on every transaction you make through the platform. You can change your program tier at any time with the support of our Relationship Managers.

6.1.1. Platinum Tier: 0.95%

6.1.2. Diamond Tier: 1.8%

6.1.3. Black Tier: 3.5%

6.2. Program fees are not included in the calculation of bonus points under clause 4.

7. General conditions

7.1. Symbion Elite Rewards reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this Promotion at any time, subject to applicable law.

7.2. The standard Symbion Elite Rewards program Terms and Conditions continue to apply in addition to these Promotion-specific terms, and prevail over these Offer terms to the extent of any inconsistency, except that these Offer Terms prevail in relation to matters specific to this Offer.

7.3. Nothing in this Offer, these Offer Terms or any related communication constitutes financial product advice, whether general or personal. Members should consider their own objectives, financial situation and needs, and seek independent advice if required, before acting. 

7.4 Symbion Elite Rewards is operated by EonX Services Pty Ltd (ACN 615 958 873), trading as Symbion Elite Rewards, a Corporate Authorised Representative (number 1316606) of Amplus Global Pty Ltd (ACN 162 631 325), the holder of Australian Financial Services Licence number 505929.

7.5. Bonus Points awarded under this Offer have no cash value, are not transferable other than in accordance with the standard Symbion Elite Rewards program Terms and Conditions, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7.6. Personal information collected in connection with this Offer will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and SER's Privacy Policy, available at https://app.symbionelite.com.au/privacy-policy By participating in this Offer, you consent to your information being collected, used, and disclosed for the purposes of assessing your eligibility, administering the Offer and issuing Bonus Points.

7.7. These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
